Transformation through coaching
What I offer
Coaching gives you a safe space to pause, share, reflect, and gain new clarity. Through active listening, thoughtful questions, reflection, and encouragement coaching supports you in taking meaningful steps forward and experiencing real change.
Coaching can help you if you want to
- have accountability to implement next steps or new habits
- understand yourself better and care for yourself more lovingly
- improve your energy, motivation and daily habits
- understand relationship dynamics better, set boundaries, or navigate conflict
- experience personal transformation and move forward in your inner growth, orface challenges, transitions, or decisions that feel overwhelming
Many people find that coaching brings a renewed sense of clarity, stability, and confidence — helping them take practical, hopeful steps in their daily lives, relationships, and/or personal development.
For those interested, I offer coaching that integrates Christian faith and biblical principles into our work together. This optional dimension can provide:
- Prayer and spiritual reflection as part of our sessions
- Biblical wisdom applied to life challenges and decisions
- Support for deepening your relationship with God
- Guidance on living out your faith in daily life
Leading a church, ministry or group can be deeply rewarding, but it also comes with unique challenges. Faith leaders often face discouragement, pressure to perform, and the weight of guiding others while navigating their own personal transitions and growth. Some are stepping into leadership roles after significant change, and others may be leading while carrying experiences of past abuse or personal hardship—sometimes in silence.
Coaching for faith leaders provides a safe, confidential space for them to reflect, process, and gain clarity outside of their usual ministry or church environment. It’s a space where you can:
- Work through leadership transitions and challenges
- Gain support in navigating difficult decisions or complex relationships
- Rebuild confidence, resilience, and personal boundaries
- Integrate your faith, values, and experiences into your leadership style
- Process past experiences, including abuse, in a safe and private space
This coaching is designed to support faith leaders in showing up authentically, leading effectively, and maintaining personal wellbeing, all while honoring their faith and calling.
Coaching for survivors of domestic abuse provides a safe, confidential, and trauma-informed space for people who have experienced and are recovering from abuse. It is not therapy. Core aspects include rebuilding confidence, strengthening boundaries, helping you identify the steps that feel right for you — and move forward at a pace you’re ready for. Support can also be tailored to incorporate faith, spiritual guidance, and prayer if that is meaningful to you.

Breakthrough Sessions
All coaching sessions are designed to help you experience breakthroughs. However, a dedicated Breakthrough Session is longer, more focused, and deeper. It gives you the time and space to apply practical tools to work through a specific challenge that may be holding you back, such as a limiting belief or recurring pattern. Up to 5 hours are scheduled for each breakthrough session, which can be completed in one full day or split across two sessions, depending on what works best for you.
Important:
I do not provide emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact your local domestic violence service or national domestic abuse helpline. In the UK, the number is 0808 2000 24.
