A couple of coaching spaces are currently available
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
Here's a bit more about me.
Professional training and development
I have completed professional counselling and coaching training, including one recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have also completed domestic abuse training from Level 1 to Level 3 a few times. This has included trauma-informed support. Various other mental health and safeguarding trainings have helped me gain even more skills over the years. My background in English and German (BA and MEd), along with my professional teaching experience, shapes my coaching with clarity, structure, and a deep understanding of how people learn and grow. Through years of working fully online, I’ve developed a warm, attentive, and effective virtual communication style that helps people feel supported and understood no matter where they are.
Life experience, transformation and expertise
I’ve navigated major life changes, including moving to a new country, changing jobs (including self-employment), relationship challenges, and making impactful improvements in nutrition, fitness, and sleep. Having participated in mentoring, coaching, and counselling myself, I have gained insight into providing supportive guidance. In 2021, I completed a nine-week residential programme with a Christian organisation called Ellel Ministries. This included training in helping others navigate their unique challenges. For several years, I’ve been a member of this organisation’s prayer ministry team, facilitating support that helps individuals experience breakthroughs, renewed strength, and meaningful transformation. This combination of personal experience, professional training, and ministry involvement has equipped me to provide compassionate and impactful coaching for those seeking clarity, growth, and lasting change.
Voluntary ministry experience and freelance training
Several years ago, I founded a women’s small group in my church, which continues to provide a safe environment for women to share, learn, and grow. Following this, I have pioneered the Restored Beacon ministry, which supports survivors of domestic abuse and those who walk alongside them; offering resources, raising awareness, and providing a safe space for personal healing. I have also participated in various initiatives of the Christian domestic abuse charity Restored, such as co-leading a seminar at their conference, participating in a consultation, and delivering domestic abuse training to groups that include survivors, supporters, and church leaders. I also undertook a one-year Leadership College with Vineyard UK & Ireland. Since then, I have benefited from mentorship, a church placement, and intensive leadership training; learning practical skills for empowering others.
Coaching
I coach because I’ve felt called for many years to support people through seasons of challenge and change. I’m deeply passionate about transformation and believe that healing and renewed hope are possible — even when it feels impossible. I’ve experienced this firsthand and have seen the power of personal growth and support in my own life. Over the years, friends, family, and community members have often reached out to me, and I’ve heard how difficult it can be for some people to find someone they feel truly safe with — the right person to support them. I believe that everyone can benefit from support at some point in their life, and this awareness has strengthened my desire to offer coaching in a compassionate and trustworthy way. I began offering coaching in the summer of 2025, bringing together my training, life experience, and passion to help people experience personal breakthroughs. If you’re wondering whether coaching could support you right now, I’d love to meet with you.
